ARC Developments is co-developing a 1 x 50MW wind farm in Pakistan
with a Malaysian partner.
Activities included:
Drafting and negotiation of shareholders and/or joint venture agreements with equity partners;
Review advice and as required, negotiation of power off-take agreements;
Construction and upkeep of financial models;
Assisting equity holders in securing design, procurement, construction and commissioning contracts with suitable counterparties to provide satisfactory fixed lump sum pricing, output and efficiency warranties and suitable defects liability periods;
Advice and structuring of suitable operation, maintenance and management strategies;
Managing the sourcing and raising of international non-recourse project finance;
Ensuring adequate land and interconnection agreements are in place;
Ensuring all permits and approvals are in place to allow projects to operate to environmental and legal requirements;
Ad hoc development activities as required;
Working and liaising with client’s in-house development team, specialists and third party advisors as necessary to achieve financial close of the projects and until commercial operation date;
