Through a range of organizations, ARC Developments and its principals have a proud and strong track record of project achievement, including:

  • Tarong North Power Station divestment of 50% of the $650m Australian power station to a Japanese consortium

  • Energy World Asset Sale – Barcaldine Power Station 55mw and Cheepie to Barcaldine gas pipeline (160km) - Australia

  • Western Australia Peaking Projects (SWIS) - co-ordination of offers for EPC, O&M, Fuel - gas and distillate and Financing

  • National Gas Company (NGC) of New Zealand Asset Sale - Taranaki

  • Power Plant – 360MW and Cobb Hydro – 32MW

  • AES Asset Sale (Ecogen) - gas fired peaking plants at Jeeralang (500MW) and Yarra (460MW)

  • Cogeneration Development - 2 projects in Newcastle totalling 55MW of gas fired cogeneration (Incitec and Delta EMD), Lara (43MW) and Gibson Island (36MW)

  • Novera Energy – Novera Energy is an Australian renewable energy company operating in Australia and the UK the principals of ARC were instrumental in setting up Novera (Primergy)

  • Esperance Power Station – restructure PPA for 35 MW gas fired power station under development in Esperance WA

  • PNG Gas Project - ARC mandated by Chevron to commercially and strategically review and critique project

  • Yallourn Coal Fired Power Station Sale - responsible for management of due diligence activities in Australia and co management of financial issues and modelling

  • West Kimberley Power Station - ARC engaged to assist and overview bid for 60MW of Open Cycle Gas Turbine (OCGT) generating assets (greenfield development in Western Australia)

  • Tarong Energy Corporation - ARC retained by Tarong to develop generation development strategy for the company.

  • ARC retained by Wesfarmers in their bid to develop a 350MW base load plant in Perth WA.

  • ARC acted as acquisition advisor to major Malaysian IPP on bid for InterGen’s Millmerran and Callide coal fired projects in Australia.

  • O&M Energy – ARC has a strategic relationship with O&M Energy (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Union Fenosa Group, Spain) to provide expert operations and maintenance services (O&M) to power plants of all fuel types throughout Asia.

  • ARC acts as Asian regional agent for Empower Training Services Ltd, the UK’s premier provider of training and development in the energy sector.

  • ARC has a strategic relationship with Lahmeyer International; (India) Pvt Ltd for the provision of regionally-sourced project engineering services.
