Tim is a cofounder of ARC Developments International. With 22
years in the energy industry, Tim brings extensive experience
in mergers, acquisitions, energy trading of structured and derivative
products and project development in the electricity generation
and gas pipeline sectors.
As CEO of Queensland Government-owned energy corporation Enertrade,
Tim was responsible for turnover of more than $500 million and
was previously Enertrade’s general manager for commercial
development, driving the company’s strategic business. Tim
was responsible for writing more than $1 billion in electricity
transactions for Enertrade, and more than $750 million in gas
business, and was intimately involved in both the spot and derivative
trading of more than 2600MW of electricity capacity in the Australian
National Electricity market.
Prior to joining Enertrade, Tim was national sales manager for
Country Energy predecessor NorthPower, responsible for annual
retail electricity sales of more than $250 million, and making
a significant contribution into the supporting trading strategies.
Based in Brisbane, Tim holds formal qualifications in electrical
engineering and business marketing from the Queensland University
of Technology.
